Job Title : SAP Coordinator

We are urgently seeking a skilled SAP and Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Poole. This hybrid role is essential for supporting both our SAP and engineering departments, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks, system management, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the SAP system, coordinating engineering projects, and providing vital administrative support to both teams.

Job Summary : The SAP Coordinator manages and optimises the SAP system, ensuring it supports business needs and operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating system updates, providing user support, and ensuring data accuracy. The SAP Coordinator also facilitates training, resolves issues, and collaborates with departments to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities :

·  System Management : Oversee SAP operations, coordinate updates, and troubleshoot issues.

·  User Support : Provide user support and training, ensuring effective system use.

·  Process Optimisation : Identify and implement process improvements within SAP.

·  Data Integrity : Ensure accurate data entry and conduct regular audits.

·  Project Coordination : Liaise between business and technical teams, managing SAP projects.
