SAP Administrator

Location: Bollington, Macclesfield
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE DUE TO THE LOCATION
Remuneration:
- Hourly rate: £13 to £14 (Based on experience)
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary (to be reviewed by client for any potential permanent opportunities within the business)
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
· Answer and field telephone calls, providing friendly and professional assistance to callers.
· Manage goods receipt, booking deliveries in, and collecting Certificates of Analysis (CofA).
· Raise invoices for goods issue and invoice customers directly.
· Coordinate the arrangement of UK samples.
· Assist with sales order processing for basic UK requirements, as needed.
· Add new ship-to's in SAP.
· Generate and process purchase orders.
· Create Amazon deliveries efficiently and accurately.
· Perform stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.

Experience with SAP is a must for this role, as you will be responsible for updating ship-to information and creating purchase orders. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately in SAP will be key to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations.
This role is a temporary role initially but will be reviewed by the client in line with any potential opportunity for permanent work.
