Role:
*Keeping the customer database up to date
*Recording all communication accurately
*Producing accurate quotations
*Inputting orders on to the system
*Answering customer queries
*Record sales figures accurately for the team
*Strong focus on administration and accuracy
Ideal Candidate:
Customer service and Administration experience
Team player with a positive attitude
Have a thirst for knowledge
Have experience of delivering excellent customer service
Strong and clear communication over the phone and via email
