Job description

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator that will be able to support the UK Sales team for our client to enable them to be more efficient and effective.

The Key roles for this role would be:

- Supporting the sales team with documentation, tender, reports, creating appointments and be able to liaise with other departments on their behalf.
- Maintaining all Terms and Conditions for product Quotations and update them to ensure that the sales teams are using the correct versions.
- Managing the calendars for internal and external meetings between the manufacturers and the clients.
- Providing support throughout the tender process.
- Checking and maintaining the shared inbox.
- Creating library of all relevant quotation information and responses to provide to the BID Management and marketing team ready for presentation.

The ideal candidate would be:

- Organized, persistent and flexible to take on a variety of different tasks.
- Be able to prioritize and multi task.
- Being able to work hard as part of a team.
- Work well under pressure and be self motivated.
- Immaculate communication skills - you will be required to liaise with company executives as well as building contracts so versatility is key.
- Complies with standard policies and procedures.
- Seeks out new assignments to improve upon what has already been done.
- Have a proficiency in Microsoft packages - being highly computer literate and competent.
