Job Description:

-Provide excellent support to the distributors
-Responsible for answering Franchise Partner queries via telephone and email
-Offering an effective 'business to business' support
-Maintain Franchise Partner records by updating information
-Attending events in the UK and abroad and interacting with Franchise Partners face to face

Person Specification:

-Excellent phone manner
-Ability to work under pressure
-Looking for career progression
-Positive can-do attitude
-Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
-Good communication skills (Phone, emails and face to face)
