Sales Executive - Permanent - Bury St Edmunds. I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client within the transport sector, based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, for a permanent sales executive to join their team. This will be an office-based sales role however will heavily involve face to face customer visits on a regular basis. A company car is provided.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing your own work load efficiently to ensure that you are making the best use of the time that you have, to increase sales. You will be responsible for proactively calling prospect customers to discuss your service, investigate and pre-book visits. You will also manage customer accounts and attend meetings with existing customers to ensure that you retain all business that you win.

The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and be able to demonstrate previous success in winning new business. You will have outstanding customer service skills and be able to manage customer accounts in order to retain and grow business. You will have a full UK driving license as you will be required to travel for regular customer visits and be confident and professional in a face to face environment with existing and prospect customers. Time management, a passion to grow business and customer service skills are all essential to be successful in this opportunity.

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary plus an excellent commission structure enabling you to earn more and will also have access to a company car. This is a full-time permanent position however would also be considered on a part time basis.
