Sales Estimator/Project Administrator

The candidate will have a focused approach to producing accurate and timely estimates and identifying and implementing a successful strategy to win each order. They will also be responsible for diligently preparing quotations, swift responses to customer sales enquiries, intelligent liaising with suppliers and taking personal care of customer queries and questions, whilst maintaining a computer based CRM system to a high standard of accuracy. The role also requires liaison with field based project managers bringing refurbishment and large furniture projects to a timely and customer satisfied conclusion
- Internal Sales and Sales Support for the Field Sales staff
- Office based product research/selection/interior design/layouts and estimate/tender preparation
- Liaising with suppliers
- Receiving orders and entering on the system
- Diligent follow up of quotations
- Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of field-based project managers

The successful candidate will have the following
- Honesty, Loyalty and Diligence
- Dedication to accuracy and attention to detail
- General knowledge and/or experience of construction trades e.g. carpentry, electrics or plumbing not essential but advantageous
- Experience of interior design/office layouts and product selection advantageous
- Strong commitment to genuine customer care
- Good at problem solving, providing positive solutions
- Excellent telephone skills
- Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to liaise effectively and efficiently with customers/subcontractors to full and final satisfaction
