Merchandiser
Location: BRIGHTON
Employment Type: Full-time
Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for merchandising? Our client, an organisation in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team. As the Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in increasing category sales and driving brand dominance. You will be required to visit exciting sites in the Brighton area.
Responsibilities:
· Develop action plans in collaboration with retail stores to increase category sales and market dominance.
· Enhance store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
· Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
· Report to the Regional Manager and participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress.
· Build strong relationships with retail outlets, spending the majority of your time in the field.
· Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and organisational skills to convert sales effectively.

Requirements:
· Retail or field sales experience, with an eye for detail.
· Excellent communicationskills.
· Ability to think strategically and align business objectives.
· Proven track record of showing initiative and delivering results.
· Valid UK Driver's Licence.
YOU MUST HAVE A MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE
