Working a part of a small team in a non call centre environment, alongside the Sales and Marketing Departments you will be responsible for building rapport with existing and new customers, calling lapsed customers, warm leads or following up mailshots. You will support with order processing and build rapport with customers ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
