Sales Administrator

Location: Poole
Position: Sales Administrator
Salary/Rate: �20,000 - �23,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm

Adecco Poole are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our new client based in Poole. This is a full on Sales Administration role and we are ideally looking for a someone who is aiming to develop and progress within a growing company.

Previous experience with a similar role including telesales, customer service or account management role would be desirable however is not essential. This role may also suit a recent Business or Marketing graduate looking to pursue a career in sales or marketing led disciplines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Answering customer enquiries and creating quotations for pricing requests.
*Preparing quotations in conjunction with Area Sales Managers for existing customers. Preparing Service Support Agreements for clients and working with Technical Services to ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
*Disseminating larger or more complex enquiries to relevant sales and technical personnel and ensuring appropriate follow up.
*General office administration and reception tasks.
*Upkeep of the Customer Relation Management tool.
*Appointment booking for Field Sales personnel.
*End user led generation in coordination with Marketing Communications department. Proactive support of marketing campaigns.
*Customer contact and/or meetings follow-up on behalf of Field Sales personnel.
*General account management of small / medium size clients. I.e. acting as an incubator.
*Occasional representation of the firm at trade shows and exhibitions.
Skills and desired experience required
*Proven experience within telesales, customer service or account management experience.
*Ambitious with a positive outlook and a clear customer focus.
*A confident, tenacious, team player with strong self-discipline qualities.
*Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
*Strong Planning & Organisation skills
*Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
*Excellent sales skills
