Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a fantastic multinational company in their Salford Quays office to support their Buying Team with all administrative and service related duties.
This is a temporary to permanent role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Our client is a reputable and established company National company with a wide range of service and product offerings. Your role will be to manage all administration around Sales Order Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Using the CRM systems to process customer orders
Using Excel in particular pivot tables to process orders
Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
Previous Experience Required
Use of a CRM system is essential
Customer service experience
IT literate including Outlook, Word and advanced Excel
Professional, self motivated, driven and methodical
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team
Hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm
