Sales Administrator
�17,500 - �18,000 per annum

Permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Thur 8.30am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.45pm
Our client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will deal with customer enquiries, process orders and support the sales team from an administrative point of view.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process sales orders
- Deal with customer requests (sometimes high volumes)
- Provide quotations
- Create customer accounts on the system and maintain customer records
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Check progress of orders and update customers accordingly
- Provide general administrative support including reporting and invoicing
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales administration experience
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
