Job description

Our prestigious client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

As the Sales Administrator within a fast paced office you will-

* Maintain core focus on achieving sales office standards and targets for quotations and technical support.
* Liaise closely with the external sales team to ensure the optimum level of operational support is provided for the smooth running of the sales function.
* Provide general sales office administration support.

You will have the following personal skills & qualities-

* Excellent communicator in all mediums, including customer handling and inter personal skills.
* Positive and outgoing, with a confident disposition. *Active and flexible team player with a pro active approach.
* Sales orientated and target driven.
* Willingness to learn and develop key skills.
* Maintain high professional standards and get work right first time- attention to detail is essential.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* Capable of making sound commercial decisions based on logical assumptions and facts.
* IT competent, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel and CRM systems. Sage experience beneficial but not essential.
