Then this could be the role for you….

Our client; a market leader in their field are a rapidly expanding company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Key Tasks required by you are as follows:
*Use standard documents and procedures to operate our Sales Order Process (SOP) from start to finish.
oOrder enquiries
oCustomer order acknowledgements
oERP system processing including packing requests, dispatch documentation and invoicing
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure SOP is maintained and customer expectations are met.
*Liaise with external suppliers to support SOP process where necessary.

Key Skills
*Time management skills - able to prioritise between a number of tasks.
*Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge to support customers with questions or queries.
*Able to work under own initiative where necessary.
*Working knowledge of Sage 200 or similar would be an advantage but not a necessity
