Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's office support team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's business, enabling them to provide top-notch service to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
· Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
· Support the team with various projects, including data entry and document management.
· Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Previous experience in an office support role
