POSITION: Verifications Researcher (Russian speaking role)
SALARY: £15,500 p.a. on 6 month fixed-term contact
LOCATION: Colchester UK
RESPONSIBLE TO: Verifications Team Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: N/A
HOURS: 8am to 4pm
JOB PURPOSE: Initiating, monitoring and completing a range of pre-employment background checks for clients; using both our in house bespoke software and various third party online services as well as making direct contact with companies and institutions throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. Proactively working with our clients, candidates and global teams to provide a best in class screening solution.
THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Verifications Researcher to join our Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Operations Team based in Colchester; our client is a leading global supplier of pre-employment screening and is headquartered in the USA. You will be part of a fast paced, diverse Operations Team who delivers high quality service to our wide range of regional and global clients.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
· Initiating a range of background checks through various third party services and our own internal systems
· Calling and emailing companies, educational institutions and professional bodies across the EMEA region
· Processing check results in conjunction with our client requirements
· Actively working with clients and their candidates to resolve any issues that arise from the process
· Conduct analysis of candidates backgrounds
· Review case files to ensure that we maintain high quality, accurate and efficient service
· Respond to incoming emails, phone calls and requests
· Obtain feedback from quality control
· Work in a multicultural, team oriented, and performance driven environment
· Any other duties deemed appropriate within the team

· Fluent Verbal and Written Russian & English Language skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing
· Ability to manage key relationships within the office
· Ability to work efficiently in with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
· Excellent time management and ability to manage deadlines
· Strong decision making skills
· Able to plan, organize and prioritize a high level of work
· Complete translations of various media on request to a high standard
