Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join an excellent team within RS Components on Corby.
Pay Rate: £7.56, after 12 weeks £7.71
Bonus: Monthly
Hours: Flexible between 9am-8pm Monday - Friday
Start Date: January 2017
This role would be based within the contact centre at RS Components. You would be taking inbound calls from customers, helping to deal with a variety of queries. Queries may be around delivery dates, account issues, complaints, services, processing an order and lots more.
You will be targeted on up selling and cross selling on products to ensure you maximise every sales opportunity.
This role is on-going temporary but would have the opportunity to go permanent.
The successful candidate will
> Have previous customer service experience
> Have a passion for sales
> Have previous experience within a telephone based role
> Be flexible to work anytime between 9am-8pm
Please note that telephone interviews will take place by Adecco within the next week. Interviews on site at RS Components will take place throughout the first week of December.
