Experience in a Retail environment?

My client a storage company based in Slough are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your role will involve working in a small team (usually 3 - 4 people) selling high - end storage, providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining superb standards.

Your duties will involve;

- Sell space (via phone, email and face to face) ensuring the customer has relevant information to make an informed decision, by explaining the features, benefits and price.

- Dealing with new queries, completing contracts and debt chasing.

- Liaising with the removals contractor, including booking removal calender.

- Clean and maintain the site, cleaning of some communal areas and light maintenance.

- To create brand awareness, tasks may include visits to local shops and business organising local events.

- Bank reconciliation, credit card payments, direct debits. Complete petty cash flow checks on a daily basis.

- Up sell wherever possible.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a great bonus scheme where you can earn up to £2,000 extra per year!

Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Good communicator.

- Confident.

- Previous sales experience.
