RESIDENT SERVICES OFFICER

KINGSTON UPON THAMES

MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM

3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (POSSIBILITY OF BEING EXTENDED)

£17.38 HOURLY RATE (PAYE)

IMMEDIATE

MAIN DUTIES:

·  To be responsible for all housing and tenancy management to a designated geographical
patch, including lettings (patches may be changed as the business requires), to ensure
excellent service delivery

·  Proactively working with partners and supporting residents to provide excellent tenancy management services.

·  To provide a visible and positive housing presence, where residents have a dedicated point of

·  To develop improvement plans, actively monitor performance standards and contribute to
developing strategies and practices to promote excellence and improved service delivery

·  To champion resident and community engagement and customer involvement at all times
working with residents to develop improvement plans to improve estates and patches

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·  Experience of working in a social/private sector housing environment or related field

·  Previous experience of tenancy management

·  Experience of dealing with a variety of Housing professionals
