We have a rare opportunity for a Talent Acquisition coordinator to assist and support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of co-ordination and administration, providing administrative support to both managers and employees in relation to all people related activity and changes with a focus on candidate assessment centre coordination.

As a team we're passionate about placing the right people into the right jobs at the right time. We work through the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval right through the selection process and on-boarding of candidates. As an experienced team we manage permanent, fixed term, temporary and contractor vacancies across the business.

What will you be doing?

�Answering queries and managing the talent acquisition (TA) inbox

�Scheduling interviews, assessment centres and organising all required facilities

�Processing of candidates on ATS (Taleo)

�Arrange briefing sessions with TA partners and hiring managers

�Quality check new starter requests before passing for processing

�Support of annual supplier reviews, process audits and maintaining T&C's and recruitment suppliers

�Process all work requests accurately and within SLAs

�Maintain good level of communication with managers, employees and candidates around the status of their enquiries

�Work to strict deadlines to reduce risk and unnecessary cost to the business

�Align to compliance regulations

�Support the administration of the employee life cycle

�Update and implement company processes and policies to ensure efficiency

�Responsible for managing your own allocation of work whilst being available to help across the team when required

�Review work processes to identify areas for improvement and progress actions to improve outcomes for all involved.
