Your new role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the end to end recruitment process. You will be winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge, advertising roles, networking with market specialists, using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and clients, attending client and candidate meetings and consistently hitting KPI's and targets.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a determined and tenacious individual who will push hard for success as a recruiter. You are driven to progress your career quickly, having confidence and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve the best possible results.
