Job description

Adecco Recruitment - the world's largest recruitment agency - is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to start as soon as possible in Cardiff City Centre. Are you Available Immediately?

THE JOB:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Branch Administrator is to provide a high level of administrative support to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business.

*Provide a warm, professional welcome for all visitors to the branch, greeting them with courtesy, in a friendly and business-like manner
*Answering phones and liaising directly with clients and candidates
*Responding to emails
*Conducting reference checks on all new candidates
*Checking Right to Work documents for all candidates
*Stationary orders
*Printing off payslips to send to candidates
*Supporting the Consultants in working to very strict deadlines
*Resourcing for new candidate using job boards and via social media to arrange candidate interviews within the branch and guide candidates through the registration process when they arrive at the branch
*Any other duties required within the branch

*Have impeccable administration skills
*Have fantastic attention to detail
*Be enthusiastic and keen to get 'stuck in'
*Be happy to help and support the branch with overall targets
*Have a 'can do' attitude
*Have the ability to work under pressure at times
*Be confident and able to use initiative
*Have strong communication and relationship building skills
