Role:
I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work with a leading provider of student accommodation in Manchester.
The purpose of the role is to be a professional and friendly point of contact for all residents as well as manage all booking administration and queries. You will be speaking to clients and customers so must have a helpful and supportive attitude to the role.
Candidates will have proven experience of:
Extensive service in a customer facing role ideally the Hotel industry, Hospitality or Retail
The ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential
Excellent attention to detail at all times
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations
A real team player with a great attitude
Good IT skills - Microsoft Word and Excel
Hours of work are Monday to Friday working alternate weekly shifts between 7am and 7pm
40 hours per week
Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends if required on an overtime basis
