Key Responsabilities
·  Support the Q&FS Gap Analysis and implement the actions and processes required to close gaps. 
·  Required to support Central Q&FS in a full gap analysis of Q&FS standards applicable to the THO IC 
 
·  Key support for the closure of the identified gaps 
 
·  key driver to help build the strategy of the THO IC from a Q&FS requirement perspective
·  Continue to build the HACCP Program 
·  Train & mentor the HACCP team members 
 
·  Communicate changes in the HACCP program to the user groups - this will require building highly collaborative relationships across team functions / site functions 
 
·  Updating flow diagrams, running risk assessments etc. While the HACCP program is being built it will need to be continuously updated 
 
·  Managing the co-ordination of theTHOICpre-requisite programs including;
·   Monitor and maintain the service and calibration of all IC equipment  
 
·   Training and induction programs for new associates  
·  Communicating changes to the user groupswhenHACCP controls and changesinWoW occur intheIC
·   Support the validation and risk assessments of new products and processes that the user group may bring in (e.g. new technology from the GIC)
·  Maintenance of the Q&FS Program to be deployed including: 
 
·  System Design & Implementation 
·  Inputs for the THO IC Controls into the MRA's for raw materials (and to support the MRA/MQM process) 
·   This will be a large proportion of the 'maintenance' part of the role  
 
·   Collaboration with the developer to understand the MRA risks for the IC, to include hygiene risks & mitigations.  
·  Co-ordination of the hold and release of finished product and raw materials used for trials. 
 
·  Interfacing with the site teams in relation to the programs that are shared across the BIR site and the THO IC. 
 
·  Leading internal audits for the THO IC for the Q&FS and Safety related audits 
·  Creating new / movingexistingIC procedures onto NEXUS document control, and helping to design and implementthesharepoint site where they will be stored for the user group.
·   Review & approval of concessions for IC  
 
·   Managing & reporting CAPA's and their implementation in the IC  
IC Q&FS knowledge expert to support the evolution of the facility.

Job Specification / qualifications
·  Education & Professional Qualification
·  Bachelor of Science - Food Technology or Food Safety preferred. 
 
·  Knowledge/Experience 
 
·  Minimum 2yrs in a FMCG / Factory environment 
 
·  Experience and formal training in Level 1 internal audits 
 
·  Experience in facilitating training 
 
·  HACCP trained to Level 3 preferred
