BASIC PURPOSE

To provide:

·  Admin support/assistance to the Procurement Department

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

HSE:

·  Comply with all HSE requirements including safety policies and procedures.

Operational:

� Conversion of capital, revenue and service requisitions in SAP to purchase orders in support of procurement team

� Conversion of stock orders in SAP to purchase orders in support of procurement team

� Expediting of purchase orders and maintaining SAP to ensure on time delivery

� Generating new vendors in SAP

� Keeping SAP records up to date with regards to pricing, material and vendor details

� Expediting proforma invoices, generating MPRs and updating MPR log

� Supporting procurement team by logging raw material quotations

� Supporting procurement team by maintaining use test log

� Supporting procurement team by maintaining supplier contact log

� Keeping contract database up to date

� Support raw material supplier approval as required

� Communicating with and supporting internal customers and suppliers

� Provide support to new product enquiries

·  Will uphold cGMP principles in area of responsibility, continually seek opportunities to improve and enhance quality standards, and encourage other staff to do likewise.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCES

Qualifications/Experience

� Strong IT skills including SAP and Excel

� Experience of supply chain systems and admin

� Good communication and organisation skills
