Job description
My client in High Wycombe is looking for two people to join their Sales and Marketing team in the role of Property Sales Administrator. 
 
**Previous experience within an Estate Agency or Conveyancing will be a plus**
 
Job Summary: 
You will be responsible for all aspects of progressing property sales transactions from marketing through the conveyance process to the exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.
 
You will:
- Develop and maintain effective business partnerships.
- Ensuring regular contact is maintained with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Help-to-but Agents, Marketing Agencies, Surveyors, Stake holders and internal customers. 
- Responsible for providing accurate financial information relating to sales, service charges and completion statements. 
- Manage property portfolios on the website, which will include populating data fields and creating sales and marketing material for new build and existing stock. 
- Interpret legal and financial information through the sales and conveyancing process. 
- Provide effective support to the Head of Sales & Marketing and other members of the Sales & Marketing team as required. 
 
Person Specification: 
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent 
- Advanced word and excel skills 
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with figures and spreadsheet data
- Excellent customer service experience 
- Previous experience working with policy and procedures 
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
- Deadline focused, balanced with a need for accuracy
- Ability to organise workload, prioritise, multi task and remain calm under pressure.
