Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex - Hybrid
Remuneration: Competitive salary and benefits package
Contract Details: Permanent, with visits to client's offices in central London once a week
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and meeting client expectations
· Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage financial tasks
· Process accurate and timely invoicing through agreed client processes
· Lead stakeholders through the project process, ensuring all process steps are followed
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
· Communicate project risks and challenges through daily reporting
· Attend relevant project meetings and create micro critical paths
· Escalate any issues to the Director or the Head of Operations
Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal
· Ability to prioritise workload against critical path deadlines
· Proven experience in creating and managing client and internal relationships
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Experience of project management, with external stakeholder management
· Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders at different levels
· Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Enthusiastic, composed under pressure, and a champion of processes
· Professional and presentable for client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable team player with a willingness to assist colleagues
· Computer literate in Microsoft applications and adaptable to bespoke software solutions
