Adecco are currently looking for a Production Operator to join our local client in South Ayrshire on a permanent basis.

Your role will be to ensure the operations functions of the business are carried out by completing all general duties prescribed by the manager.

You will have many responsibilities some will include:

* Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery

* Ensure good housekeeping is maintained

* Participate in improvement initiatives and any relevant training as and when required

* Ensure the strategic direction, quality, environment, heath and safety policies are understood and where required the objectives, targets and key performance indicators are measured, evaluated and reported to demonstrate continuous improvement of the management system

* Ensure all activities enhance customer satisfaction and meet the requirements of all parties
