Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Production Operative? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Adhering to set production procedures in your team.
You'll be responsible for adjusting settings, performing basic machine maintenance, and correcting production failures and errors.
Multi-tasking and dealing with a wide range of contracts, each with its own procedures, special requirements, quality checks, and processes.
Matching up standard print with accessible format documents while consistently monitoring quality throughout the production process.
Following all departmental procedures for working in secure areas.
Conducting final proofing and quality checks in accordance with agreed standards and specific client requests.
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with speed, care, and accuracy, while maintaining quality standards.
Liaising with internal departments and team members in a professional manner to efficiently and effectively address any queries.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure business needs are met and providing support, advice, and cover for tasks to maintain service levels.
Prioritising workload in line with client SLA requirements.
Determining and recording batch weights, contract types, and mail priority levels.
Monitoring and reporting on stock levels.

Annual salary: £23,000 - £25,000
