Job Title: Printer Technician
Salary: £8 ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Large central Bournemouth client require a printer technician on a temporary basis. Please note this role is to start 05/03/2018 and finish 27/03/2018.

Duties
* Looking after equipment outside of the main print room
* Small photocopiers and printers
* General machine maintenance
* Including paper jams
* Changing toners

* Major Responsibilities: Carry out regular preventative maintenance checks on client fleet of machines.
* Proactively resolve and escalate issues.
* Order and replenish consumables.
* Maintain log of all activities including on-site parts inventory.
* Maintain clean and tidy devices and surrounding environment.
* Carry out first level repair utilising basic technical skills.
* Escalate in accordance with agreed procedures for next level maintenance and technical support.
* To provide fault finding and resolution via remote management and site visit(s) where necessary.
* Ability to effectively use IT systems and software applications at work.
* Ability to plan and organise work effectively in order to meet work objectives and deliver on-going quality services to the customer.
