Job Title: Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, DOE
Hours: Fulltime, Monday to Friday
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

A successful insurance company, is looking for a professional and diligent polish speaking customer service advisor to join their team in central Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will deliver first class customer service both over the phone and face to face. The role is also responsible for selling and administering insurance policies.

Skills and experience required:
- Fluent Polish and English language skills - spoken and written
- Strong and confident communicator over the phone and face to face
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Able to manage time effectively and work within targets
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- A positive 'can-do' attitude

The role would suit somebody who is looking to develop a career in customer service and eager to gain new skills and knowledge, as the company is keen to offer training and development to the right candidate.
