Minworth

Our client based in Minworth is currently recruiting for sales administrators to join their friendly team. This is a growing department due to work load, this is an exciting opportunity for anyone with sales administration experience.

Duties

� Receive customer orders and enquiries by telephone, email and fax

� Responsible for processing high volumes of orders for all customers UK and overseas

� Handle customer enquiries and resolve any problems that may arise

� Agree workload and priorities with department manager

� Obtain credit approval from wholesalers

� Allocation and release of orders

� New account setup

� Deal with document filing in a timely and efficient manner

� Liaise with planning, factory and warehouse on relevant issues regarding availability and delivery

� Supply stock availability information to account managers and customers when required

� Co-ordinate and respond to all correspondence for orders and shipments

� Supply delivery information and deal with carrier enquiries

� Manage all point of sales orders received

� Maintenance of price lists deletions change of pricing and updating customers.

� Support with training of new members

� Ensure excellent customer service is given both internally and externally

� Proactively support department growth and make recommendations to improve the customer experience

� Contribute to the continuous improvement culture of both the department and business

Experience

� Numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail

� Experience within sales administration and processing of invoices

� Must have strong customer service experience

� Excellent verbal and written skills

� IT literate - word and excel
