Our client is one of the world's largest Insurance Groups. On behalf of this organisation, Adecco are looking for a PMO Analyst/Senior Administrator on a temporary basis until 31/12/2020 with potential for extension. This role will be based remotely.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £12 per hour/ £22,000
Hours of work: 25 hours per week and flexible working
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Purpose of the Role:
This role will support the UK Operations team, you will be responsible to managing the systems and ensuing the data is accurate and up to date. You will work and with other areas of the business to ensure invoices are processed for our suppliers. You will also liaise with senior stakeholders and attend monthly meetings.
What you'll be doing:
· Processing the Supplier invoice requests through the database (Coupa).
· Tracking and monitoring the invoices and providing the relevant PO/BPO numbers to requesters.
· Reconciling invoices with our Third-Party billing team.
· Resolving queries and issues arising from invoice discrepancies.
· Arranging and attending Supplier meetings to take Actions and key notes/decisions
· Distribute meeting packs and manage meetings with key stakeholder
The ideal candidate:
In order to be successful in this role you will have possessed all or some of the below criteria:
· Demonstrate experience of working in an administrative field or finance management, ideally within financial services sector
· Problem solving and analytical
· Organisation skills including problem solving and analytical
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills.
· Experienced in attending meetings and capturing key actions/notes
· Effective team player who is dynamic and has ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
