Plant and Machinery Valuer

Job description

I have an opportunity for a RICS qualified Plant and Machinery Valuer to join my clients National team of specialists. They are a multi disciplined team of Building surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Plant and Machinery valuers, operating on a national basis and they are looking for an individual with analytical and commercial expertise to contribute to our team.
My client are specialists in business asset appraisal and disposal and work with clients in the corporate sector, both public and private companies, the banking and the recovery sector. Providing secured lending advice to Asset Based Lenders on Machinery and Business Assets as well as appraisals on Inventory.
Services include:
*Asset valuation and appraisal
*Disposal strategy to maximise returns
*On site asset management and control
*Asset disposal via auction, tender and private treaty sale
*Asset removal and site clearance
You will be chartered as a member of the RICS or CIOB and have previous surveying experience as well as a willingness to develop.
