We are currently recruiting Project/Personal Assistant to join global company at their Head Office on a 3 month temporary contract.
· Diary and meeting management
· Schedule meetings with UK and US based colleagues
· Arrange flights, hotels and transfers for a team of up to 10+ colleagues on a monthly basis ensuring the best prices and fares
· Type up meeting minutes/notes
· Distribute a weekly email on company figures (information provided)
· Manage general admin tasks such as holiday allowance, absence tracking, stationary orders, confirmation of PO number on internal system, submitting and approval of expense claims
Although this role primarily offers standard working hours, some flexibility may be required to work into US working hours to accommodate the time difference.
