Join our client's team as a Wiring & PCB Operative and let your skills shine!
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality electronic assemblies and make a real impact on a thriving organisation.
️ Contract Length: 6 months initially (potential to be extended)
⏰ Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly rate: £12.32
Location: Poole
As a Wiring & PCB Operative, you will be responsible for:
· Assembling a wide range of standard parts, semi-products, and/or components, with a focus on electronic assemblies. ️
· Performing revolving operations for electronic parts or components, on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
· Organising your own hand stock and constantly monitoring the availability of parts, ensuring accurate selection according to production plans.
· Utilising specific equipment and specialised tools to ensure the maintenance of functionality. ️
· Conducting quality control checks and routine problem-solving to maintain high manufacturing standards.
✨ Your Skills and Experience:
· Competent in modifying complex PCBs.
· Proficient in completely wiring and assembling complex PCB assemblies, operating spray varnish equipment, and soldering components.
· Ability to operate Optical Inspection Equipment (AOI) is desirable. ️
· Awareness of Lean & 5s principles and methodology is a plus. ♻️
