Adecco South Wales are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator for one of their clients in the Port Talbot area. You will be joining a rapidly-growing manufacturing company with an excellent working environment and long-term prospects for the right person.
The role will initially involve supporting Finance and HR with processing payroll, as well as adding new starters to the system and completing inductions.
The ideal candidate needs to have an excellent attention to detail. Our client is looking for someone with a positive, professional attitude and, due to the HR aspect of the role, discretion and confidentiality is key!
A knowledge of HR processes would be an advantage, as there is potential for the role to develop as the company grows.
Payroll experience is essential for this role.
Due to location, you need to drive or have access to transport.
Working hours and salary negotiable.
