Our respected client based in Lincoln is looking to recruit a Parts Customer Adviser to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The company is currently based in Lincoln but will be relocating to the outskirts of Newark approx. June time.

The role will involve working as part of the parts department providing support to customers over the phone and maintaining the parts shop.

Duties will be:

-Liaising with customers over the phone providing an excellent service at all times.
-Processing parts orders using SAP.
-Process price requests.
-Review the parts team email inbox
-Raise warranty claims
-Raise parts returns
-Liaise with Warehouse & Logistics regarding despatch
-Maintain the company computer system

The ideal candidate will:

-Be mechanically minded
-Have a background in a parts department, Automotive or Road Construction
-Have a background in reading technical drawings
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Be computer literate

This role is full time Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be 8.30-5pm.
