Our client based in the Wirral area is looking for a transcriber to work on a temporary adhoc basis.

This will mean that the role will be an odd day as and when required o deal with a backlog of work.

The ideal candidate will need to have transcription experience that is preferably within the medical sector.

The duties will include:

Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor and/or healthcare professional.

Transcribe/interpret the dictation into diagnostic results, operative reports, referral letters, and other documents.

Any other administrative duties as and when required.

The skills and experience required include but are not limited to:

Ability to be flexible with shifts given

Previous experience in transcription is essential

Previous experience in medical transcription is desirable.

Ability to work to own initiative as well as part of a team.
