My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Swansea team.
This is a part time role working Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from either 8-4 or 9-5.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established team who have a proven record of excellent customer service.
An ideal candidate will have experience both in customer services and in administration work.
They should be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, busy office environment.
The role will involve:
-Dealing with B2B customers and B2C
-Running and analysing reports

A driving license will be required due to the location of the role.
