Part Time Marketing Coordinator -

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a family owned business who are based in Kettering.

You will need to be a great communicator with good IT skills and a background in customer services, marketing administration or similar.

Main duties will include -

First in line to answer customer phone calls & sales related / customer services emails, processing of new orders that come in. Around this work you will be required to assist the directors and sales staff in their communications and marketing efforts and along with managing the customer data.
