Adecco are proud to be working exclusively with an expanding company who are seeking a Part Time Installations Administrator .

Salary: £14,999 p/a

Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Working hours: 8.30am till 5pm

Duration of contract : Permanent

Location: Southend - Hybrid

Duties :

·  Allocate and schedule jobs to maximize operational and logistical performance.

·  Answer incoming phone enquiries both internal and external.

·  Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as required.

·  Liaise with Production Department to ensure smooth kitting of engineers and arrange courier collections.

·  Make hotel reservations for Engineers when required.

·  Update Excel and CRM to ensure accurate record keeping

·  Input service orders onto Sage

Skills:

·  Administration experience

·  Proven IT Skills and experience of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

·  Excellent customer service skills.

·  Good geographical knowledge
