ARE YOU LOOKING FOR PART TIME EVENING WORK ????

Our Enderby based client is looking for some excellent customer service associates to join their professional team of telephone researchers.

Contract: Long Term Temporary
Pay Rate: £7.69 per hour
Hours: 6pm-9pm
Shift: 2 nights a week
Days: Wednesday and Thursday.

You will be contacting the public who have recently used their service and completing a standard questionnaire with their responses. An empathetic but assertive telephone manner is essential to ensure all relevant information is obtained. Good listening and clear, concise communication skills are required as well as high attention to detail and a knowledge of excel and databases.

CRIMINAL AND FINANCIAL CHECKS WILL BE COMPLETED FOR THIS ROLE

Skills required:
Accuracy & attention to detail
Good typing speed
Professional telephone manner
Experience of working with spreadsheets
