Adecco Bristol are delighted to be supporting our client with a Branch Administrator on a permanent 20 hours a week contract. Supporting a small team as well as a variety of clients, the right candidate will provide administrative and customer service support alongside a proactive approach to any issues. · Taking and making calls to existing customers
· Processing orders through the phone, online and face to face
· Maintaining and managing quotes until completion
· Updating contracts
· Supporting a small branch with general queries
· Dealing with complaints and queries
