Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Panel Support Coordinator. Permanent Position - Part Time: (Wednesday to Fri)
Sal: £17,000 per annum. Location: Southwark

Reporting to the Senior Panels Manager, you will coordinate and manage the recruitment, training and standardisation of the clients Panel Members; consisting of examiners, markers, trainers, assessors and moderator, across English Language, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) and Drama. You will also be responsible for developing communication channels with all Panel Members through eNews and bulletins, coordinating the development of resources and administration of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Playing a key role to the Panel Development and Standardisation (PDS) Team, your overall contributions will help shape English Language, TESOL and Drama training and standardisation.

An exciting part to this job is the opportunity to strengthen overall Academic controls during a period of growth in the organisation. You will also work alongside the wider PDS Team including; Senior Examiners and Training Coordinator as well as Digital, Team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be extremely pro-active and be able to multi-task as the role is very varied. The current team is looking for an individual who can demonstrate in their previous experience that they have had to manage a busy workload against set targets. You will need to have a proven track record coordinating, recruitment and training events on top of panel members resources. As well as:

*Educated to degree level or similar desirably with a Certificate and/or Diploma, Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
(CELTA), Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA) and/or

*Teaching English as A Second Language (TESOL)

*Comprehensive technical knowledge; with the ability to utilise e-learning tools, websites and online platforms

*Multifaceted in administration, organisational, prioritising, communication and interpersonal skills

*Act as a centre of excellence for customer service

*Aptitude to multitask and cope with periods of high workload

*Ability to work independently on your own initiative and as a team member

*Comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders

*Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

*You must take real pride in your work and be willing to roll-your-sleeves-up-and-get-stuck-in with a 'can do attitude'
