IDAM Operations Analyst

Rate £450 per day (via Umbrella)
Join our client, a leading organisation in the Utilities industry, as an Operations Analyst! In this temporary role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in identity and access management (IDAM) and Active Directory to contribute to the success of their team. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for cybersecurity, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire lifecycle of user identities, collaborating with HR and IT departments to ensure access rights align with role changes.
· Implement and oversee Access Management controls, including provisioning, user access reviews, access decommissioning, and role-based access control.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisation policies by conducting regular audits and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for identity and access management procedures and best practises.
· Oversee the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure secure certificate issuance and management.
· Administer the Privileged Access Management processes, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
· Generate IDAM control and operations reports.
Requirements:
· Hands-on experience with industry leading IDAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, or similar.
· Proficiency in Active Directory, including its architecture, operations, and security aspects.
· Strong knowledge of cloud identity management, specifically Azure AD and hybrid identity architectures.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Desirable:
· Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Fundamentals.
· Practical experience with scripting languages, especially PowerShell, for automation of IDAM tasks and processes.
