Description:

Salary £15.07 per hour 37 Hours per week

Based in Windsor Maternity Cover - to start in April

The Role

The Team monitor assets. This team react to alarms, the team allocate an engineer to the site and coordinate all required access to site and controls area. Schedule the appointment and management of planned maintenance visits.

Controlling the Engineering team.

Managing diaries.

Looking after x3 Engineers.

Allocaitng times and jobs with location in mind.

The sites are Nationwide therefore you will provide telephone and e-mail support to an established customer base, ensuring timely responses to all customer requests and queries.

Perform administrative duties as required for daily operations.

Coordinate and organise proactive and reactive maintenance for our engineering team and customers.

Prioritise maintenance work based on key metrics including (contractual obligations, financial impact, and geographical location).

Organise the calibration of engineer equipment/van servicing.

Creation of PO's for the ordering of parts/services to ensure engineers are dispatched with parts relevant to their scheduled jobs.

Take ownership of reported issues, tracking them though to resolution while effectively managing communications with all stakeholders.

Escalate issues to the management team in line with departmental guidelines on issue impact, duration and risk.

Liaise with the wider O&M team to identify and prioritise asset performance issues.

Interpret instructions and implement actions in accordance with operational procedures.

Assist in the design of new and the improvement of existing operational processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Creation and presentation of KPI data and MI reporting.

Provide clear and concise written responses to formal notification received from our customer base in line with our contractual obligations.

The person we are looking for is someone who has relevant experience

We are looking for a resourceful and confident candidate with a ability to adapt. In addition you must have the following skills:

Good computer skills and knowledge of Excel and MS office.

Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Willingness to identify and learn about new technologies and practices.
