My client are looking for a Norwegian and Swedish speaking Customer service advisors to join their established team in Glasgow City centre, fantastic office and location!

Customer Service Advisor - Norwegian / Swedish
Glasgow City Centre, Full Time Role, Permanent

Part time considered

Salary £16500 Per annum
Monday to Friday - Office hours!
No Sales - purely customer service

The Role
*Providing a first class Customer Care at all times
*Dealing with queries across a variety of contact channels
*Working as part of a team to achieve both team and individual targets

*Excellent telephone manner
*Excellent verbal & written Norwegian/Swedish communication skills
*Strong customer focus
*You will be enthusiastic and committed to teamwork
*Will be reliable and willing to go the extra mile
Hours
*Full Time - 40 hours per week, between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday NO weekends!

This is a customer service role with no sales targets, I am keen to talk to candidates who are fluent in Norwegian and potentially Swedish and looking to establish a career within customer service.
