The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring telephone calls from my client's business customers are answered professionally. This team is responsible for dealing with a variety of queries and passing on calls to teams within other departments within operations.
What you'll do:
· Take inbound calls from business customers professionally.
· Provide appropriate advice to resolve queries or requests.
· Liaise with other business areas.
· Provide administration support to funding unit when required
· Opening post and updating systems
What you'll need:
· Excellent communications skills.
· To be a team player.
· Self Motivated.
· Sound PC skills
· A desire to progress
· Ability to work under pressure
