Night Hotel Receptionist

Location: Stansted (near the airport)

Hourly pay rate: £8.67 per hour (weekly pay)

Working Hours: 9:00pm - 9.00am (12-hour night shifts)

Dates: July: 23 rd , 24 th , 25 th , 26 th , 31 st / August: 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd , 8 th , 9 th , 10 th , 11th

Adecco Harlow are looking for an experienced Night Duty Manager to work for a large hotel near Stansted Airport. The ideal candidate would have experience working as a receptionist on night shifts, and preferably knowledge of using hotels operation system (Amadeus).

Typical night duties will include:

- Checking in and out guests

- Taking payments from customers

- Cash and cards banking

- Running a night audit procedure

- Helping prepare breakfast

- Dealing with any guest complaints, and providing solutions adequate for the situation

- Able to deal with an emergency, i.e. fire alarm or calling an ambulance etc.
